The room was large and very comfortable, but

The noise from other guests on our floor caused a disturbance one night. Thankfully, the staff was responsive and helped resolve the situation promptly. A great experience aside from that hiccup.

The room was clean.

I was frustrated with this hotel. The internet was a huge hassle. I had to log into a website, and it hardly ever worked. Their staff seemed moody, especially the older gentleman at the front desk, who was unhelpful and downright cranky. It seemed like my entire family was subjected to a nightmare vacation because the facilities were run down and filthy.

Outstanding service, we had such great stay.

Really enjoyed this brand-new hotel: great food and affable and attentive staff. The venue had indeed a particularly good location close to everything. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like King's Fish House that was only 10 minutes' walk away...

I loved how I could grab a hot cup of coffee anytime and they were super quick to bring me extra towels and pillows! The pool was a nice spot to unwind after shopping, and the room was large and comfy with a stylish decor. Just a heads up, the shower pressure wasn't adjustable, but it didn't ruin my stay at all ☕

Nice surprise for a budget stay

We stayed for 5 nights and were kinda surprised! The room was cozy and clean, and we loved having a microwave and fridge. The staff was super friendly, and the maid service was spot on every day. Only downside was some noise from other guests one night, but they handled it well!

I had an unexpectedly delightful stay! The room was spacious and clean, with a refrigerator and microwave that made things convenient. I was impressed by the daily maid service and how comfy the bed was, which made my nights peaceful. However, I found the elevator to be quite slow, which was a bit annoying.
